can I make Money taking pictures?

I’ve decided to start a little business. I’m going to buy a polaroid camera, and take pictures of couples at universal studios, or a park, or the beach.
Can I make money doing this?
I only have $100 that I can invest. Can anyone tell me if I can walk up to couples, offer to take pictures and make a little profit? Also is it legal to do this without a liscense?

Universal Studios is private property so make sure you get permission in the form of a property release.
Public property is a different animal. You can try but most people wouldnt buy polaroids. Digital is royalty today. Get a digital camera and a laptop with wireless internet. take the pic and mail it to their cell phone and regular email on the spot.
