What is a good, free documents and email indexing/archiving/Organizing program?

I am in need of a program, preferably with web-interface for the user, running on Linux (apache/mysql/php) that can Organize & index emails AND documents.
It would be nice if it could also OCR PDF’s and include them in the system.
Documents & emails should share contacts, so that I can attach documents & emails to contacts.
