any Organization Tips would be loved?

so im going to be moving into a smaller room in a few months (for college) and this includes: a smaller closet, very tiny room. i need any organization tips you may have! really for anything to make it seem bigger, or just to have some more room so i dont have too much Clutter. thanks!

Look at all your stuff.
If there is anything you’re not sure what it is, chuck it out.
Now look at the rest of the stuff, any clothes/shoes that no longer fit? Give them to a charity shop.
Anything that hasn’t been used for 6 months? Chuck it out, you obviously don’t need it.
Any old toys/kid’s books? Give them to a charity shop.
If you really want to keep summer or winter clothes, put them in a garbage sack and suck the air out using a vacuum cleaner hose, tie a knot in the neck of the bag when the air is out.
Never forget, the more storage space you have, the more junk you’ll collect.
