Is Affiliate programme can really make person Rich ?

I’m an Indonesian. Last Sunday I gone to a free seminar bout making Money online. It said that from we can get it from affiliate, resale rights, selling e-book, selling idea. But as it called “free seminar”. They made up another seminar in November that will be cost $800. It’s really tough for me. But the speakers that mentioned is the best seller in internet, Liked Steven Pierce, Johan Mok, David Cavanagh, Ewen Chia, Tom Hua, Brett McFall. I wanna join that seminar. But of course My Money doesn’t allow me. Then I try to search info bout this affiliate or something and want to do it. But I kinda stuck. Do you think I can walk through all of this without mentor or teacher ? If Yes, How ?

It is highly unlikely that you will get rich through Affiliate Programs. It is highly likely that with some time, research, and dedication you will make some income through affiliate programs.
